“You’re probably looking for an amazing therapist, one that will love your child whole-heartedly, and understand everything your child is experiencing, and know how to make a real difference in your child’s life, a dramatic, genuine, positive change. You’re probably like me and a “good” therapist just isn’t gonna cut it. If so, then you are looking at the right place. MLee has been life changing for my son, Solomon.

He saw Marcus for speech and Carly for OT. Every single visit they shared with me new things I could do to help my son, sharing their expertise in a gentle, practical way. And they are truly experts. They’re the only PROMPT certified speech therapists around and PROMPT makes a huge difference. My son had been in speech therapy for three years before I came to MLee and had not made any significant progress in articulation. I was in despair when I came to MLee, but was almost immediately filled with hope as I heard my son making sounds he wasn’t able to make before. With PROMPT, the therapist can actually help the student produce the right sound and practice forming the right sound, rather than endless repetitions of the wrong sound. That’s a huge difference. That changes things in the brain so the child can learn to make the right sound without any prompts. Also, they offer parent classes in PROMPT so I could reinforce what they were doing at home. Perfect! Then, they LOVE. They really love the kids. When I told Marcus and Carly that we were moving, they both cried. Really. I’m crying now as I write this, because I can’t imagine anyone being able to take care of my son the way they have. And yet, they love Solomon so much, they promised to help future therapists lear to take good care of him. For us, it was an hour drive sometimes to get there but it was worth every minute of it. I actually plan on coming back to visit just for a chance to bring Solomon to them again.” – Jessica Roberts
