About Me

Misha was born and raised in Harlingen, TX. She joined MLee after graduating from the University of Texas A&M at Kingsville in May of 2017 with a M.S in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Misha is trained in the PROMPT technique at Level 1, and completed her Clinical Fellowship under the supervision of Marcus Neal. While attending graduate school, Misha gained experience working with adults with swallowing disorders, research involving communication following laryngeal cancer, and fluency disorders. Misha was the founder of the Stuttering Support group in Kingsville, TX, and continues to be passionate about expanding her knowledge to help other people who stutter. While completing her clinical fellowship, Misha gained experience in working with pediatrics with motor speech disorders, language impairments, and social-pragmatic language deficits. She currently holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language, Hearing Association and a license to practice in the state of Texas.
