Cadence Reed-Bippen

Cadence grew up in the St. Louis, Missouri area before moving to Evanston, Illinois, to earn her B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Northwestern University. After graduation, she worked at a therapeutic kindergarten for Autistic children in Chicago and later taught English at a secondary school in Madrid, Spain. In 2022, Cadence moved to Austin to pursue a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Texas at Austin, earning a certificate in multicultural and bilingual therapy. During her graduate training, she worked with Spanish-speaking pediatric patients, individuals with aphasia and cognitive-communication disorders, and people who stutter at the Blank Center for Stuttering. Cadence is passionate about providing neurodiversity-affirming, family-centered therapy that honors each patient’s unique identities and experiences. In her free time, she enjoys Pilates, running and walking along Lady Bird Lake, and attending live shows and concerts around Austin!
